What is it like living with dementia? An American company has invented a virtual tour to help carers and others to understand what people are experiencing on a daily basis.
The virtual tour lasts several minutes and it tries to give you a flavour of what living with dementia might be like.
You have to wear a special headset and dark glasses which replicates the brains loss of audio and visual inputs. Special pads are inserted into your shoes to replicate the loss of nerve endings in your feet.
